Before I ever charged anyone, I automated my own company with my own hands, and the layer I built still runs the parts of it that used to eat my evenings. Most owners I meet already know AI matters. My mission
Small-business owners pay for AI twice, once in subscriptions and once in disappointment. I stand against AI that does not pay. I find where it returns real hours and real money in a business, install it, and prove it the way I proved it in my own company: it runs while I sleep.
The problem
The problem nobody says out loud
By now most owners know AI matters, and the open tabs and the monthly charges are the receipts. The tools were never the hard part. Knowing which two or three of them would actually move the business, and which forty are noise, is the part nobody sells. So the subscriptions stack up while the week stays exactly as heavy as it was, and a quiet guilt settles in on top of the spend. The hours the tools promised never arrive, because a tool sitting in an open tab was never going to hand them over on its own.

What most owners have already tried
Most owners come to me having already tried the obvious doors, usually a course that handed over a blueprint and left the real work to them, or one more subscription someone swore by that now sits open in a tab nobody closes. A community of clever prompts is not a system, and a blueprint cannot see a business. The judgment about what to build first, in this business and under its real constraints, is the piece that was missing every time, and that judgment is what I do for a living.
The founding
Why True Leverage exists
For over a decade I worked in enterprise IT, eight of those years in management, and my real job was never the technology itself. It was finding a client's actual problem and designing the solution that fit it. Then I started a company of my own, and for a long time the back office of it quietly ate my evenings, the follow-ups and the reporting that every small business runs on. So I did the thing I knew how to do. I built an AI layer for my own company with my own hands, and I handed it the work that did not need me. That layer still carries that load today, quietly, while I get on with the work only a person can do, and it gave me my evenings back. I trust that proof more than any other, because I did not read it in a deck, I lived inside it first. True Leverage exists because I kept watching other owners pay for AI and get nothing back, when the same approach that gave me my time could give them theirs.

What I actually do
The tools are everywhere and they are cheap, and so are the skill sets to run them. What I bring is the judgment about what to build first, and then I build it. I walk into a business and look across the places that quietly burn time and money, and I come back with a ranked map of where AI returns the most. That map is the real work. Once an owner knows what is worth building, the building itself is the easy part, and it is the part I am happy to carry too.
Finding the few places where AI gives a business real hours and real money back, installing it there, and proving it works the way it was proven in my own company.
The distinction
Why this is not a course or another subscription
A course sells a blueprint and a subscription sells a tool, and both leave the hardest decision unmade, which is what to build first in a business only its owner can see. I work the other way around, looking at the specific business in front of me before a single thing gets built, because the same automation that earns its keep in one company is a wasted week in another. The map comes first, and nothing gets built that the business will not actually use.

Who this is for
True Leverage is for small and mid-sized businesses whose owner is still doing work a system should be carrying. There is almost always leverage when an owner can point to a task they do every week and describe it step by step, because a task like that is a task AI can take. It is not built for enterprises, who carry heavy process and rarely feel the dent I can make in an afternoon. And if someone is after hype or one more copy-paste blueprint, I am the wrong person, and I would rather say so now than take the work.
The method
How the work runs
We start small and prove it before anything bigger, and everything begins through one door. The first step is the AI Leverage Audit, a paid diagnostic where I look across the places that quietly burn time and money and hand back a ranked map of where AI gives the most, with the highest-return builds named and a clear first move. If an owner wants me to build from the map, I install the right mix of skills and automation, scoped to whatever the map calls for, from a single high-return build to a layer that runs across several parts of the business. After that, light ongoing support keeps the system running and adds new builds when they earn their place, usually off the back of a regular review rather than on a whim.

The questions owners ask me first
Do I need to understand AI?
No. That is my job. You make the call on what is worth doing in your business, and I handle the building and the parts that sit underneath it.
Is this just another subscription?
No. You start with one Audit and decide from there whether to build anything at all. Support is a separate choice you make only once a system is running, and nothing renews unless it is still earning its place.
What if AI cannot help my business?
Then the Audit tells you so plainly, and you still walk away with the map. I would rather lose the build than sell something that does not pay, because the whole brand is built on AI that does.
Which tools do you use?
Whichever ones fit the job. I am loyal to the outcome and not to any logo, and that is why the map always comes before the build.
Is my data safe?
Yes. I build on tools with proper data handling, and I scope every build so sensitive information stays where it belongs. We agree the boundaries before anything is connected.
Do you work with big companies?
I work with small and mid-sized businesses on purpose. That is where one good build still changes the week, and where I can move quickly without heavy process in the way.
